How to Book

To book, change or cancel an appointment, please contact us via the website or email info@classicbeautybridgnorth.co.uk.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Any no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full value of the treatment booking. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 25%, and less than 6 hours 50%.

We also request a deposit for treatment bookings from first-time clients, or those who cancel or miss their appointment regularly as, not only does this affect our small business, it also blocks opportunities for other clients trying to get an appointment.
